WAYS TO ORDER
- Online: Order online from our website by using a major credit card. Our website is secured with latest technologies and your financial information is guaranteed to be safe throughout the complete transaction. At this point we only can accept USA credit cards, if you live anywhere else but USA, you can use the methods below to order one of our beautiful rugs. We strive to make your online shopping, simple and convenient. - Email: Email sales@rugsfordesign.com to order your rug. Write ORDER in the subject line and include the product code of the item, your full name, telephone number and address in the body of the email. We will call you right after we receive your email and get the payment information over the phone. If you live outside USA we will not give you a call back however we could give all the information you need for a wire transfer via email.
- Phone: You can directly call our customer service at 505-424-1177 and give your order over the phone. If you note the product code of the item you'd like to order before calling we can serve you faster.
DESIGNATING ORDERS AS GIFTS
It is very easy to designate your order as a gift. When you click checkout simply fill in a different shipment recipient and address than the billing name and address and we will treat your order as a gift and won't include the invoice in the packaging. We will also contact you to learn if you would like gift packaging and/or a special note sent from you.SHIPPING RATES & POLICY
Shipping
Currently our online shopping system is only capable of receiving orders that will be shipped within the Continental USA. However, if you live outside USA please contact us via email or phone and we will arrange the shipping easily. We have plans to ship to virtually any address in the world via our online shopping system very soon. Since our rugs and kilims are valuable items any shipping method that you will select on our website will include insurance.Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on a few factors. The main factors will be which carrier you will select while ordering; like using United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and the speed of delivery; like next day air or ground. Final factor will be weight of the item you order, since we use weight based shipping rates. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. While ordering your product you will be able to select the carrier company and the speed of your delivery. You will see how much the shipping cost will be before finalizing your order and change it if you wish to do so.Delivery Time
When you place an order, you will be able to select the speed of your delivery and the shipping rate. We guarantee that the product you ordered would be shipped in 1-5 week days (no later than 5 days) after the charges have been cleared. Once your product is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us and will receive your product in the amount of time that you selected in your delivery options.TRACK YOUR ORDER

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our online sales. We also accept wires, checks, credit cards and cash on phone or email orders. The orders will be shipped as soon as the charges by the credit card company are cleared or as soon as we receive the check or cash. At this point we offer simultaneous transactions only to USA based credit card holders. However if you live outside of USA and would like to buy one of our rugs and kilims, we could complete the transaction via money transfer directly to our account. Please email or call us for such an occasion.RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Return & refund: Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to cherish and love the unique rugs and kilims that we provide you with and therefore we guarantee your satisfaction by allowing 30 days for return. We do not have re-stocking fees or hidden charges. Simply contact us with your return information and we'll be happy to send you return instructions and an address to return to. Once your rug arrives at our distribution center, we will send you a notification email and issue a refund of your full purchase price. If you need to return a rug, you are only responsible for the return shipping expense. However we cannot accept the rugs and kilims back if they are damaged or stained even less than 30 days. Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you call or email us so that we might be able to reserve the product for you. Canceling your order: You can cancel your order by calling us in the same day you made the request. Otherwise we will honor your request to cancel as long as the product is not shipped. How to return: You can return the product back to us in any mailing method that you choose. Please keep in mind two things: 1- You should select a delivery method and speed that will ensure that we receive the product no later than 30 days from your purchase date. 2- We also strongly recommend that you add insurance to your shipping as the product might get lost or damaged during shipment, which would sadly prohibit us from any refunds or exchanges. Insurance rates will be around 1-2 % of the value of the item and for valuable items will be well worth the extra few dollars.PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All our rugs and kilims are handmade and thus one of a kind making them subject to availability. If you see any products at our site that is out of stock that means we cannot provide you with another product that is exactly the same product. However if you contact us via email or phone we guarantee that we'll look for one as close to the one you liked as possible. We spend a great deal of time ensuring that our rugs are shown to you as accurately as possible. By using professional and high-tech digital photography services of Norah Levine, Write with Light Studios, we intended to show our items at high resolutions however still color calibration of computer monitors can vary slightly. Therefore the colors you see on the screen might not seem 100 % same as the colors you might see when the carpets and rugs are in your handsPRICES
